• Select view option.

• Now, “Not Finished Matching” appears on the screen. Click on Yes button.
• You will be returned to the Online Banking Center.
• Again, go to the Financial Institutions section and from the item received, select the same statement and then click on the Delete button.

(Solution 2) try to solve the issue by removing duplicate transactions in Side-by-Side mode.

• Firstly, go to the Banking menu.
• Now, select Bank Feeds and then click on Bank Feed Center.
• Now, in the item received section, choose the account with the transactions you want to remove.
• Choose the Items to Delete.
• Further, select the transactions you want to delete.
• Choose, Delete Selected.
